Irish Premiership Live Schedule Confirmed by BBC
The Irish Premiership is getting a long, hard look under the lights this season, with the BBC confirming the next 12 league games to be streamed live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website.
It’s a run that stretches from early autumn into the turn of the year, taking in title contenders, old rivals and a newly promoted side eager to make a statement.
Autumn starts under the Stangmore lights
The cameras first roll into Stangmore Park on Saturday, 10 October, where high-flying Dungannon Swifts host Carrick Rangers in an evening kick-off. For Dungannon, it’s a chance to show their early-season form on a national platform; for Carrick, an opportunity to spoil the party.
Six days later, the focus switches to the champions.
On Friday, 16 October, defending Irish Premiership holders Larne welcome Coleraine in a clash loaded with early-season intrigue. Larne carry the weight of expectation; Coleraine rarely arrive anywhere just to make up the numbers.
The following Friday, 23 October, Portadown step into the spotlight as they host Linfield. Few fixtures test a side’s mettle like a visit from the Blues, and Portadown will know exactly what kind of marker they can lay down in front of the cameras.
Coleraine at the heart of the schedule
Coleraine’s schedule becomes a thread running through the live coverage.
On Friday, 30 October, the Bannsiders host Glentoran at the Showgrounds in what promises to be one of the standout games of the month. The Glens travel with ambition; Coleraine defend their home patch with a familiar edge.
A week later, on Saturday, 7 November, Coleraine head to Windsor Park to face Linfield, another evening kick-off that feels built for television. Two of the league’s heavyweights, one of its grandest stages.
The cameras stay trained on the top end of the table into late November. On Friday, 20 November, Cliftonville’s home game against Glentoran goes live, a meeting between two sides who rarely need help generating atmosphere. Just seven days on, on Friday, 27 November, Glentoran are back on screen, this time hosting Larne in a fixture that could carry serious implications for the title race.
New faces, old powerhouses
December opens with a different kind of story.
Newly promoted Limavady United get their turn in the national spotlight on Friday, 4 December, when they host early pacesetters Coleraine. It’s a classic test for a new arrival: a big name, bright lights, and no hiding place.
The following Friday, 11 December, Bangor welcome Linfield to Clandeboye Park. The ground will feel tight, the occasion anything but. For Bangor, it’s a chance to turn home advantage and live coverage into something more tangible.
Eight days later, on Saturday, 19 December, Linfield are back at Windsor Park to face Jim Magilton’s Cliftonville. Managerial personality, big-club expectation, and a prime-time slot: all the ingredients are there.
Windsor Park closes out the year – and opens the next
The final live stream of 2026 arrives on Tuesday, 29 December, with Linfield once again centre stage at Windsor Park, this time against Coleraine. By then, the table will have shape, the stakes will be clearer, and dropped points will sting more than ever.
There’s barely time to breathe.
The first Irish Premiership stream of 2026 follows just days later, on Saturday, 2 January, when Glentoran face Cliftonville. New year, same intensity, and another chance for the league to show its drama to a wider audience.
