PSG's Senny Mayulu Injured During France U21 Match Against Estonia

Senny Mayulu, the 20-year-old midfielder from Paris Saint-Germain, picked up an injury during France’s U21 clash with Estonia on Tuesday. The match ended 2-0 in favor of France under coach Gérald Baticle, but the win came with some physical setbacks.

Ethan Mbappé was the more serious concern, leaving the pitch early after suffering an ankle injury. Baticle expressed worry about the Lille OSC player’s condition. Later in the game, Mayulu also had to leave due to pain in his left thigh, which led to his substitution just before halftime.

The PSG academy graduate's exit was a precautionary move to avoid further damage. This injury now casts doubt over his availability for the rest of the international break. So far this season, Mayulu has struggled for minutes at Les Parisiens, appearing in only four matches across all competitions and often missing out on the matchday squads entirely.
