Santos to Partner with Adidas for Kit Supply Starting 2028 Season
Santos FC have reached an agreement with Adidas to become their official kit supplier from the 2028 season onward. This move ends their current contract with Umbro, who have been providing the team's kits since 2018 and will remain as suppliers until the end of 2027.
Details of the Partnership
The German sportswear giant confirmed the arrangement on Thursday evening, announcing that this will mark the third time Adidas supplies uniforms for the Vila Belmiro club. The deal aims to boost Santos's commercial earnings and broaden their global retail presence.
Expanding Adidas’s Presence in Brazil
Adding Santos increases Adidas' portfolio within Brazil’s top league, the Brasileirao, where they already outfit prominent clubs such as Flamengo, Cruzeiro, and Internacional. The collaboration will cover matchday kits along with lifestyle and training apparel.
Santos holds significant worldwide appeal, partly due to its historic legend Pele and current stars like Neymar and Philippe Coutinho.

On the field, Santos sits eighth in Serie A with 38 points from 27 games. The team faces tough matches ahead, including a trip to São Paulo on October 2, a home game against Flamengo six days later, and an away fixture at Atlético Mineiro on October 11.
